Emergency crews are trying to free 17 miners trapped in an elevator that stopped working at a cargill salt mine. The people behind this project say they know theres not much in garrison. So, the Library Board was determined to have a place built for kids and adults. Car nats on the quiet streets of this Small Community you wont find a lot happening.
