On the scene of an Apartment Fire that displaced 18 people including eight children. It broke out after midnight. Crews are now in the mop up stage. They found a carport and several cars burning. The fire made its way to the fourunit complex. One unit was completely destroyed. Fortunately, everyone was out safe. Developing news from oakland, frightened passengers were rushed off a justlanded Delta Airlines flight with the emergency caused by thick smoke in the cabin. Katie marzullo is in the newsroom with more. Overnight the smoke came from an air conditioning path but why it malfunctioned we dont know. They made an emergency evacuation.
