Former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of Andhra Pradesh has been accused by the Crime Investigation Department (CID) of his involvement in a Rs 370-crore skill development scam. The CID claims that Naidu played a pivotal role in diverting funds through a deceptive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
