She was recently infected with the Coronavirus and was admitted to the Kalapahar COVID Hospital on April 16. However, before she breathed her last, she was tested COVID-19 negative. State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stated that she was suffering from diabetes. The development came close on the heels of the release of two employees of Quippo Oil and Gas Infrastructure Limited by the outfit in the first week of April.
