KATHMANDU: French serial killer Charles Sobhraj, who committed a string of murders across Asia in the 1970s and was portrayed in the Netflix series “The Serpent”, was expected to walk free from prison in Nepal on Thursday.
Frenchman Charles Sobhraj, convicted of a series of murders in the 1970s and 1980s in Asia, was released from prison in Nepal on Friday after nearly 20 years in detention there.
