They say, one, the weather is providing some good visibility because, two, the good thing, their helicopters can finally drop some water, make some real progress. Today alone they dropped 200,000 gallons of water on the flames up in the mountains. One fire chief is expressing some caution, saying he believes theyll be fighting these flames for quite some time.
