In light of the deteriorating security situation in Myanmar's Rakhine state, India issued a travel advisory urging its citizens to refrain from traveling to the region.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) highlighted the current challenges, citing disruptions in the telecommunication network and a severe scarcity of essential commodities in the area.
On Wednesday, Myanmar Army authorities repatriated their remaining 92 soldiers from Mizoram, India. The soldiers, seeking refuge since January 17 due to Arakan Army militants capturing their camps, were airlifted in two sorties.
