Wayward Bhisho departments need to be taught a lesson, says Scopa chair

Standing committee on public accounts (Scopa) provincial chair Mxolisi Dimaza said officials from the provincial departments of health and education needed to be “disciplined and taught a lesson” for unauthorised expenditure running into billions of rand.
