We have no reason to believe right now that theres an ongoing threat to the community. The house was rented by people not from here. Reporter investigators say someone rented the house via airbnb. We found a flyer that advertised an Airbnb Mansion Party last night. We found a couple of interior photos of the house from a real estate website. According to the San Francisco chronicle, the person who rented the house told the owner it was for a small Family Reunion. In recent years the city received 2 complaints from neighbors about large parties at the house. Havent seen a big party in awhile, but there were prior parties that would get a little out of control.
