A combat veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Randall has dedicated his professional career to serving the community, having spent nearly a decade as a Police Officer with the St. Louis County Police Department. Prior to joining 21c, Randall served as the Community Impact Manager for 5 On Your Side KSDK-TV. In this highly anticipated role, Randall plans to work with individuals and organizations to elevate the city and the Downtown West neighborhood, staying true to 21c s belief that contemporary art can be a catalyst for urban revitalization and civic connection.
