This is the fourth time Gandhinagar-Mumbai Vande Bharat Superfast Express has been involved in such incident, with the first two incidents occurring in the first week of its launch, reports PTI.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw informed that cattle runovers have affected up to 4000 trains in 2022 till now and around 200 trains in the first nine days of October, reports PTI.
The Western Railway arm of the Indian Railways has issued a statement for the cattle owners asking them to not let their cattle go near the tracks to avoid any further accidents with Vande Bharat trains.
