He is the book review editor of civile editor. He was an adjunct professor at Muhlenberg College degrees from Old Dominion University and Muhlenberg College as well as a law degree from jail. The cigarette tax would give philly schools a muchneeded infusion of cash, the district has a huge hole in its 2. 6 billion budget. The superintendent says the tax should generate anywhere from 42 to 69 million.
