10 shops sealed in Lahore for SOPs breach

LAHORE: DC Lahore Mudassar Riaz said that a total of 10 shops and stores have been sealed and fined in an operation conducted against the violators of corona SOPs. Assistant Commissioner Cantt Sakhi Shakir sealed 02 shops and imposed fines of Rs 5,000 for violating warnings and SOPs.

LAHORE: The district administration continued its campaign against the violations of corona SOPs and sealed 19 shops, restaurants and stores here on Friday. DC Mudassar Riaz said a total of 19 shops, stores and restaurants were sealed and Rs 60,000 fine was imposed. Cantt Assistant Commissioner Sakhi Shakir sealed two hotels, 12 shops and stores and imposed Rs 20,000 fine on overcharging and Rs 10,000 on violating corona SOPs.
City AC Faizan Ahmed sealed 05 shops and stores and imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 for overcharging and Rs 10,000 on violation of corona SOPs. Rs86b to be spent for underdeveloped villages’ uplift

LAHORE:The Punjab Local Government and Community Development (LGCD) Friday planned to launch a development project named Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation at a cost of Rs86 billion for the underdeveloped villages of 16 tehsils in Punjab.
LGDC Secretary Noor-ul-Amin Mengal chaired a meeting in his secretariat in this connection which was attended by the officers of Planning and Development Board and consultants of World Bank.
Noor-ul-Amin Mengal said that in the first phase of the project roads would be advanced for underdeveloped villages of 16 tehsils. Clean and healthy water supply will be ensured to the areas to be developed.
44 shops sealed for corona SOPs violations

LAHORE:The district administration on Thursday continued its crackdown on outlets violating Corona SOPs and more than 44 shops and businesses including food spots were sealed.
Shops, restaurants, hotels, salons and cafes were being sealed over corona SOPs violation, said DC Mudassar Riaz while talking to the media. The DC paid surprise visits to various city localities and inspected implementation of corona SOPs.
Over 44 shops, restaurants and cafes were sealed and fines of Rs 56,500 were imposed as a result of crackdowns. Assistant Commissioner Model Town Zeeshan Nasrullah Ranjha sealed Cafe Zok, Mouthful, QBZ. Assistant Commissioner Raiwind Adnan Rashid sealed Baskin Robin and Frontline Coffee Company in Bahria Town. LAHORE: The district administration remained active in implementing corona SOPs in the City and sealed many businesses here on Wednesday.
Cantt Assistant Commissioner Sakhi Shakir, Assistant Commissioner, Model Town, Zeeshan Nasrullah Ranjha, Assistant Commissioner, Raiwind, Adnan Rasheed and Assistant Commissioner, City, Faisan Ahmed carried out the operations.
DC Mudassar Riaz said the district administration sealed 36 shops and restaurants and imposed fines of Rs 25,000. Assistant Commissioner Sakhi Shakir sealed 17 shops and three restaurants and imposed for overcharging and non-compliance with corona SOPs.
Assistant Commissioner Model Town Zeeshan Nasrullah Ranjha sealed 4 shops in Gulberg and 4 shops on MM Alam Road. Assistant Commissioner Raiwind Adnan Rashid sealed the second cup coffee company in Valencia. Assistant Commissioner City Faisan Ahmed along with the teams visited different areas of
