There is a white towel there, that iwhere the woman was with her chi. As well as her dog, the child and do were not injured. A Police Officer tells me a rks Department Vehicle struck the woman then took off. Youre taking a look at the vehicle. E driver, a park employee is beg questioned at the time. When this happened people were here at the park and many tried to help the woman. There was a nurse herehat tried to help but she did ps away.
