It s now obvious EC rigged Techiman South for NPP - PPP Running mate of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Kofi Asamoah-Siaw has opined that it has become obvious that the Electoral Commission (EC) rigged the Techiman South parliamentary polls in favour of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Mr. Asamoah-Siaw says it has become obvious that the NPP did not win the polls but connived with the EC to rig it in their favour. He wrote; “It is becoming very obvious that the New Patriotic Party did not win the Techiman South Parliamentary seat. Yet, every attempt is being made to steal that seat from the National Democratic Congress. I am not a member of the NDC, but as a citizen interested to serve in public service through politics, I consider it extremely unfair, treasonable, unjust and a dangerous threat to our democracy to allow my good friend, Martin Agyei Mensah Korsah to be sworn-in as a Member of Parliament.”
Poor John Mahama’s Blind Emulation of Donald Trump underlies his Lack of Farsightedness and Sophistication
In 2016, the then American presidential-contestant, Mr Donald Trump, kept drumming the fact if he lost the elections on November 3, 2016, to his Democrat political rival, Mrs Hillary Clinton, he would not accept the results. He alleged losing to her would mean she had indulged in fraudulent means to win the election. However, later revelations after the election which he won, purported to indicate he had rather resorted to dubious means to win it. Do you remember the alleged Russian connection that facilitated his winning but which was later to become a matter for investigation?

Stop misleading your followers - Mustapha Ussif to the NDC
The Executive Director of National Service Scheme and Member of Parliament-Elect of Yagaba/Kubori Constituency, Mustapha Ussif has called on NDC leadership to stop misleading their followers.
Speaking on Citi FM’s Point Blank with Selorm Adonoo on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 Hon Ussif said the numerous demonstrations by the Mahama led NDC claiming the 2020 election was fraudulent is just a ploy by the leaders to bolster their chances of re-election and not in the interest of the NDC or Ghana.
Mustapha Ussif who expressed his disappointment in former President John Mahama and the NDC leadership for calling on the youth to hit the streets and destroy properties all in the name of protesting the outcome of the just ended election, said the December 7 poll was one of the fairest and most transparent elections in Ghana s history, and it is unfortunate that the loser is refusing to accept defeat despite clear evidence.
The Greater Accra Association of Assembly Members has called on the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to seek redress in the court for any electoral concerns in the just-ended presidential and parliamentary elections.
According to them, the constant prostest amid burning of vehicle tyres in the streets without approval from the Police is creating fear and panic across the country.
Mr Alfred Adjei, General Secretary of the Association, at a press conference in Accra to express the displeasure of the Association about the issues, called on the Police Service to arrest perpetrators of such acts, which “threatened the peace and security of the nation.”
