87, the s p 500 is up 10. 5 this month the russell 2000, the biggest ever month live oly outperforma small caps that sort of sets the scene for us your note today to our producers to me says everything, bryn. You say, yeah, were overbought, the market is technically ahead of itself, 200Day Moving Average but wed be buyers anyway yeah, you summed it up perfectly. I think to give some perspective around that, when youre looking at technicians or technical calls, the 200 Day Moving Average, over 90 of stocks in the s p are over their 200 Day Moving Average when that number gets above 80 , thats typically a time to take a stand back as a trader as an investor, though, as we are, you want to take a look at that and say, hey, if we get a selloff, which im sure well get because thats just the price of admission for being an equity investor, we absolutely want to be in stocks because what are your alternatives cash or bonds . Theres some interesting things in the Options Market that could keep the market down for a bit of time. I do think people are underestimating, a, youve got a good economy with a tremendous amount of stimulus coming in and i think that will continue to drive the market higher. Plus youve got a dynamic where the fed has made much of the fixed income market on investable with treasury and mortgages where they are today, when you take the earnings yield well into the 4 off next years earnings that is a pretty attractive asset class and i think it will propel the market higher so election uncertainty doesnt matter much in the near term stimulus talks, negotiations may not. How does that factor in . Its a big call that you make. Youre the one that suggests in our notes today that it mossably could happen or at least start before the election. Yeah. I mean, so listen, the election the election does matter i think what people have started to realize, since the last time i was on your show weve

Energy, oil down about 3 at 1 , banks, which had a good time last week not starting off the week well, industrials, another cyclical group and defenses will sectors like utilities and staples all down sap dropped as much as 21 over in europe here they cut their revenue forecast for the full year they expect a fresh wave of lockdowns to hurt demand through the first half of 2021 first off, first half is alarming but just the idea that general airically t general ai generically, people are betting its a broader more than stock specific so we have no stimulus right now of any term, near term, long term, any term we have a reopening story thats going rather
