If this sounds like a familiar story thats because this exact thing happened here before. In july, this apartment complex burned to the ground and the developer is convinced this is a case of arson. Ash rained down like snow on this construction project. The embers coming down, it looked like snow on fire, felt like an apocalypse. It was deja vu.
