I think it was a combination of both. Sergeant anderson took my call and couldnt have been more helpful. It was a saturday. He told me if i could get the San Francisco here that he would give me the resources for what was effecttively a sting operation. I couldnt believe my luck. A normal citizen like me could engage the Sf Police Department like this. I was truly amazed. Fast forward 12 hours, sting operation happened, my friend jerry jerry and i had sat at a subway with police interrogating them, trying to get answers on where other items might have been, and eventually the Police Officers raiding their house in the east b
