Luckily jumped in, fought off one of the dogs. Draper says once police got on scene he said they showed little compassion for his dogs injuries. This dog is my eyes. My eyes were laying on the ground bleeding, coughing up blood, was ridiculous. I wonder if the police dog was shot in the line of duty would the police wait an hour anda half to fill out the paperwork before they got their dog to the vet .
