Tonight we are learning more about the shooter pam Cedric Anderson took his own life after killing his wife, special needs teacher karen elaine smith. Cedric entered the classroom and from what we understand, without saying anything, armed with a largecaliber revolver, opened fire on his wife. Police say anderson entered the North Park Elementary School this morning armed with a 357 pistol. < he came in and very very quickly began shooting. The teacher and an eight year old boy were fatally wounded. Another student was critically hurt. We believe the two children were the unfortunate recipients of injuries in by being in proximity to the female at the time of the incident. Nata helicopter evacuated one of the wounded students. Have been happening for more than a decade. Tonight gonzaless neighbors are shocked by news he could have been molesting several children he shared a home with right next door to them. You never think its going to happen in your neighborhood. Neighbors notcied heavy Police Activity thursday on their normally quiet pinole block. Little did they know 60year old Ruben Gonzales who lived across the way was arrested and hauled off to county jail. He is accused of allegedly molesting children within his own family for more than a decade. Neighbors say gonzales shared the pinole home with his wife and Young Children along with another couple and their kids. Theyre shocked by the accusations saying he was always really nice and helped out around the block. Police arent revealing the age or sex of the victims. Two were taken to the hospital, by police. The 38 yearold who was shot in the back is in Critical Condition this morning. At least 12 shots were fired touring the shooting, a dozen spent shell casings were found on the scene. Police say some of those stray bullets hit a nearby house. Police found a home on the 1500 block of kingsdale struck four times bullets going through first floor living room windows. A three twoyear old mother and ten and 12 years old sons were asleep inside. No one was injured inside of this property, three twoyear old mother, including ten and 12 years old brothers. North detectives is on location processing the scene. Self witnesses were transported to north detectives and being interviewed by detectives at this time. The only information we have regarding the shooter is that he escaped in a white colored vehicle last seen north on 66th.
