District attorney 1624the body had been cut up and then an effort had been made to destroy it in part using chemicals, a lot of the remains were in buckets and other containers. But prosecutors allege stubblefield actually killed roybal on march 11th, almost a month before the body was discovered, when the two men got into a dispute over the sale of a space heater. Sot during the dispute the defendant used pepper spray and then shot the victim in the chest killing him. Prosecutors will not say whether the dispute and killing took place at stubblefields home, where the body was discovered, or down the street at roybals home. Police say a man walked into a classroom this morning where his estranged wife worked as a teacher. And suddenly pulled out a handgun. He shot and killed her before shooting and killing himself. Two students were injured and one of them an 8yearold boy died earlier tonight. Police say the murder suicide was the result of a domestic dispute. And the couple was married but were estranged. This was the scene as students were evacuated. The shooting happened in a special education classroom, which was filled withfirst through third grade students. Police say the 2 children who were shot were apparently not intended targets. But werestanding behind the teacher. Police captain the children we do not believe were targeted, the entire incident was limited to a single classroom on the school campus. The suspect had come to the classroom to visit, the female, the adult female that was in the classroom. We believe the two children were the unfortunate recipients of injuries in by being in proximity to the female at the time of the incident. Investigators had to track down his father in nigeria. The Alameda County Coroners Office says 36yearold Olatunde Adejumobi died in the fire.
