As we have been telling you, the largest is the kincaid fire in the north bay. Here is the very latest. That fire has burned more than 54,000 acres. In containment, sadly, has dropped to 5 , 94 buildings have been destroyed, another 80,000 are threatened by flames. Firefighters say they believe it will take until at least november 7th to contain the fire. There are dozens of schools shutting down today because of the smoke and power outages. Luz. Reporter dion, i literally just got off the phone with one of the pios from San Mateo Police department. He confirmed that this is in fact an officerinvolved shooting that began at 5 19 p. M. Lets hear from one of the witnesses. Right in front of multiple apartments a shooting broke out according to witnesses. Rapid gunshots. At least like 15 to 20.
