unsafe and the pilot of an aircraft is a representative of the airline and has that final say. so it s going to be a balancing test, i think. yeah, but what exactly is that threshold if they deem someone to be threatening or unsafe and also, though, nobody s ever going to put you off a plane, first of all, here, sonny, we know that, but still when you purchase that ticket, is that somewhat like a contract and you are agreeing to give up in some way some of your rights and handing that discretion over to the airline and the pilot? it really is. again, flying is a privilege, it not a right. so yes, when you purchase that ticket, you submit yourself at least to the tsa and you submit yourself to being screened and all of those things, we have covered those stories, t.j., but the extra layer is the pilot of the aircraft. he or she can say i have a safety concern for this aircraft because of this individual, but i don t think, and the supreme court hasn t quite ruled on
