강진읍 노인일자리사업 폭염 예방 교육 실시
등록날짜 [ 2021년07월27일 11시20분 ] 강진읍 모란공원 [여성종합뉴스/이경문 기자] 강진읍은 지난 21일 문화재환경정비 등 실외활동 노인일자리참여자 45명을 대상으로 여름철 건강관리를 위해 현장에서 폭염 예방 교육을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 여름철 실외에서 근로하는 노인일자리 참여 어르신들을 대상으로 실시했으며, 폭염특보 발령시 외부 근로활동 대응방법 및 개인 건강관리에 대해 진행했다.
특히, ▲ 물 자주 마시기 ▲ 시원한 그늘에서 휴식시간 충분히 갖기 ▲ 무더위 시간대(낮 12시부터 오후 5시까지) 작업을 피하기 ▲ 통풍이 잘되는 옷 입고 모자 등으로 햇빛 피하기 등 폭염 대비 국민행동요령을 설명하고 응급상황 발생시 현장에서 응급처치 할 수 있도록 교육 했다.
