Chp says it received a 911 call around 830 sunday night. Reporting a shooting on interstate 80 eastbound in richmond. A minivan pulled up alongside a taxi carrying two passengers, a gunman opened fire hitting the cab but not the people inside. Chp says the taxi driver pulled off the freeway into a parking lot. The two passengers ran away on foot. Im not surprised. The scariest part is that we dont know who is doing it. I heard about it a couple months ago.
