Evacuating with dozens of others, and thanks to quick work from Fire Fighters no homes were damage. As they rolled up, the First Responders found the trucks driver standing with only minor injuries on the highway. The driver was self extricated and was met the by bls unit on the ramp where he we evaluated and transported to the hospital. Investigators now looking for the cause of the crash which did not involve any other vehicles and theyre val waiting the Environmental Impact of the approximately 200 gallons of unburn gasoline which leaked into a nearby storm sewer and creek but did not enter the delaware river. Back to our breaking news in Camden County 12 30, a raging tanker fire sent smoke high over pennsauken in south jersey after a tanker truck overturned. Chopper 6 was over the scene. This is video from the height of the inferno. The tanker was carrying a full load of fuel before it controversy turned. This is on the other side of the ben franklin bridge the exit ramp route 90 to 130. Minutes ago firefighters put chemicals on the flames as we saw live from chopper 6. The flames are diminished, but chopper 6 has seen several small flareups as we continue to watch. As you can see they have gotten the situation under control, they dosed it with foam. Now they are putting water on the flames on the side of the road. This is an inferno that burned for about an hour before firefighters extinguished the flames. There is a neighborhood nearby people were being told to come out of their homes. People did leavement neighborhood. This was a leave the neighborhood, this is a haz mat situation. Route
