He is being currently held, on a warrants based out of the Charles City County Virginia Sheriffs Office for attempted capitol murder, assault, malicious injury with acid, explosives or fire. Were definitely stuck with the rain that is coming down here and the rain that has already fallen. Let me show you these numbers. Wilmington has pick up the mess rain so far today, almost half inch of rain there. Allentown about a quarter inch plus. Philadelphia, again about a quarter of an inch of rain since this thing started in ernest overnight. Trenton maybe a fifth of an inch of rain and Atlantic City we have almost a tenth of an inch of rain there but traffic is heavy and you can see it is not being held at all by all of the rain and all of the wet on the ground. As we take a look at speed sensors, ten on the schuylkill, eight on the blue route, 11 on i95 out of the northeast and major delays on 422 eastbound heading out of collegeville. We have an accident closing lincoln highway at route ten. Best alternate is to take straussberg road. Traveling mass transit we are not dealing with anything major but you still want to anticipate flight delays for our buses and such moving throughout the neighborhood.
