important for us to understand what is happening in these but investigations, both january six and in georgia. thank you lawrence, have a great show. thank you ali. thank you. well tonight the trump team is finally facing subpoenas that they cannot refuse. subpoenas from a criminal grand jury which are enforceable with handcuffs if necessary. with this new round of subpoenas, lindsey graham, has finally found his place in united states senate history. now throughout our history, corruption cases in washington, always get an awful lot of attention. and so it is understandable, that overtime, people come to think of congress and the senate, actual corruption. but, but, the statistical truth is, that far less than 1% of the 1994 senators in our history, have ever faced any kind of legal trouble or legal questions at all. over 99% of them have never come close to being investigated for ethics violations, or violations of law. and it just may be that none of them actually, n

frankly the headline number, matt, is a big one here. also it shows healthy growth in several sectors of the economy. yeah, jim. this is blockbuster growth. and it is pretty remarkable. this number is going to go a long way towards shutting down this idea that the u.s. economy is already in recession. to be adding more than half a million jobs, in a month, at this stage of the recovery, is pretty impressive. let me give you some context around this 528,000 job figure. this is twice as much as the consensus from economists. not only that, but it is 200,000 more than even the most optimistic forecaster had pencilled in. two big milestones that came out of this report, the labor market has now fully recovered all of the jobs lost during covid. total nonfarm payroll is back to february 2020 levels. the unemployment rate is now down to 3.5%. that matches the half century low set before covid. again, none of this suggests an imminent or ongoing recession. but here is the problem,

Schuylkill looking good. Thats northbound traffic moving just fine at this point. We have a couple Early Morning accidents though. One here in perkiomen on park avenue at pennypack erode and were hearing that a car brought down a pole. So youve got emergency workers out that trying to fix it. Theyve shut down park avenue so stick to schwenksville road as your alternate n new jersey theyre doing some emergency pothole repairs right on the new jersey turnpike northbound as you use that off ramp to 322. This is exit two on the turnpike. Head to shut town that northbound ramp because of the pothole repair so if youre coming up if salem or youre coming up from delaware stick to 295 instead because youre not going to be able to get off at exit two. Also in camden weve got this problem here. Annie mccormick has been live on the scene talking about a big accident closing the intersection also brought down a pole. Weve got debris on the road. Its on haddon at newton avenue. Avoid the area. Stic

Degrees in allentown, 67 in trenton, 63 he in reading. Almost 70 in wilmington and low 70s down at the shore. And dewpoints are lower today. Just 58 in philadelphia. Anything below 60 is not considered humid. And those higher numbers well down south, a ce of spots farther to the south still a bit on the sticky side. Going to be a nice one overall an great day across most of the region to get it started with a run. By 7 oclock 71 degrees humidity as you saw low across most of the region. 78 degrees by 10 00 a. M. It does get warm this afternoon 84 by noon an high of 89 at 3 oclock if we can stay in the 80s it will b the heat wave but with low humidity thats a pretty nice summer afternoon. We have to be careful down the shore where there is still a lingering problem with rip currents thanks to all of that tropical stuff going on out in the atlantic. More on that coming up in the accuweather 7day forecast. Karen what about roads. Breaking news. A big accident right now causing problems th
