With a knife, they found the apartment on fire. Annalysa gayle walks us through. Annalysa the Police Remained at the Apartment Building for hours this afternoon after taking one person into custody. Neighbors described a frightening and chaotic scene that played out. One of the neighbors called. Annalysa commotion required a response from police, d. C. Fire, and ems.
