Colorado shooting suspect james holmes will face trial for julys deadly attack. Holmes is due to be arraigned today, but his lawyers are likely to ask for a delay. Following a threeday hearing a judge ruled late last night the prosecutors have enough evidence to proceed with the case. Holmes faces 166 felony counts on the charges that he killed 12 people and wound 70 others. Hes held without bail. The ruling comes as washington searches for ways to curb gun use. They include a ban on assault weapons, limits on high capacity ammunition magazines and universal background checks for gun buyers.
