Get down to the south. You see monarch pass weve got 64 mileperhour gusts. They get a little bit less the closer you get to pueblo but even canyon city seeing 29 mile perhour gusts at this hour. Its those kind of gusts that well see well into the evening hours. Its making for some incredible pictures all across the front range there. You can see what the winds are doing to the flags fort collins. Youve likely noticed the wind shift behind it and cooler air starting to move in. That front is bringing the winds and a little bit of rain and snow. You can see some of that snow right up along our northern mountains, but it just completely dies out, dries off as soon as it hits that dry air once you get to the foothills east of i25. Temperatures now, 66 degrees in denver. We got into the 70s today. Its 62 in greeley, 63 in fort and 60s through the foothills. The next civil hours well continue to cool off. Wind definitely is not helping the firefighters. Red flag warnings are in effect for much of our state. Danielle grant is in the weather center. Some places have been gusts up to 60 mailings an hour. They have been unruly and unfortunately this is what we were imagining happening this afternoon with the strong winds out there and tinder dry conditions. We see wildfires spark up like that. Wind gusts 30 mileperhour in longmont, 60 mile the cheyenne ridge, fort morgan 62 mileperhour wind speeds and 20s and 30s in the denver metro area. These winds will weaken heading towards this afternoon further into this evening. Down across the southern section of our state you can see the winds in the 30 mile perhour range toward alamosa, 44 mileperhour speeds in trinidad. Relative humidity values picking up here in denver. You can see theyre still in the teens toward salida and pueblo, 8 in trinidad where until 9 p. M. Tonight for most of eastern colorado and you can see its going to take a while b

Dessert selection of works that harriet were when she was living in his house and we like to show people other sides of Uncle Toms Cabin that Harriet Beecher stowe was known for. They have like to let our visitors know that harriet has made a Lasting Impact and we want to make sure her story is not forgotten. Stowe died in 1896. She was 85. She died in this house as her husband had before her and when she died this parlor were standing in the front parlor. Her coffin was laid out here and this is where the wait lists of the New York Times wrote this up. It was widely reported and she was so famous that many came to visit and give their respects. She was buried next to one of her children, two of her children who predeceased her and her husband in andover, massachusetts. Where they had been living when their son henry died at 19. Whatever i could stand by this and funny and i dont have to do this again. He am fine. Well, i was wrong. People went abcly nuts for it. Some people loved it.
