Missing teen cases in montgomery and fairfax counties m connected to gains. 17yearold ed memendez and sergio tramino have been missing since september at the time they were reported missing, there was no reason to believe they were in eminent danger, but now detectives said the two know each other, and they are affiliated with gangs.
