Ton 60, downingtown 53 and philadelphia peak wind gusts 46 miles per hour. This combined with heavy rain softening the ground bringing down a lot of trees. Now, the National Weather service over the past few minutes has downgraded the high wind warning for interior sections down wind advisory. This is for really delaware, philadelphia, counties, all of delaware state interior south jersey. This is in effect until 8 oclock. This means we could have wind gusts up to about 40 miles an hour. Along the coast this is the main concern that high wind warning continues until midnight for wind gusts up to 60 miles an hour and when you get those strong winds really piling up the water, you get the coastal flooding, the coastal Flood Warning continues for not only tonights high tide cycle, tomorrow morning, moderate to minor.
