New Delhi: Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal has issued a notification giving the Delhi Police all the power to apprehend anyone under the stringent National Security Act till October 18.
The notification, granting the power to Commissioner of Police Balaji Srivastava, is effective from July 19.
