Three teenage boys from Rampur died in a tragic accident on Delhi-Nainital National Highway-87 on Monday. Identified as Syed Zayaan, Mohd Ahad, and Mohd Umair, the boys were riding a scooty without licenses and helmets when they encountered a stray dog on their path, which led to the accident. While attempting to avoid the dog, the scooty collided with a roadside divider, and all three boys sustained critical head injuries.

New Delhi [India], March 13 (ANI): The Delhi High Court has directed a 21-year-old to do community service at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib in New Delhi for a month after the accused expressed regret.
The accused was facing charges of 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Justice Subramonium Prasad on Friday quashed the FIR lodged against accused Mohd Umair after noting that he is a 21-year-old youth with his entire life ahead of him, and the fact that the parties have entered into a settlement.
Justice Prasad further directed the accused to do one-month community service at Gurdwara Bangla Sahib from March 16 to April 16, 2021.
