New Delhi: The Delhi high court on Monday quashed the criminal defamation complaint against journalist Mitali Saran and the newspaper
Business Standard for allegedly making defamatory remarks made against the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)
According to a
LiveLaw report, a single judge bench of Justice Suresh Kumar Kait held that the complaint was “not maintainable” Â and was liable to be dismissed since the complainant Lohitaskah Shukla, could not be regarded as a “person aggrieved” with respect to the comments made.
