The broker who sold Billings largest mansion announced Monday she s donating $50,000 of her commission to five Billings charities.
Dawn Maddux, owner of Missoula-based Engel & Volkers Western Frontier, created a poll on her Facebook page to allow people to vote among eight pre-selected nonprofits.
The five winners will each receive $10,000: Tumbleweed, AWARE, CASA of Yellowstone County, Special Olympics of Yellowstone Valley and the Rimrock Humane Society.

Billings largest and most controversial mansion is off the market.
The property at 5650 Canyonwoods Dr. in the Ironwood subdivision is under contract at a sales price of $11.5 million, according to Dawn Maddux, an agent with Missoula-based Engel & Volkers Western Frontier who represented both seller and buyer.
Maddux announced the deal Tuesday on Facebook.
The 30,000-square-foot home boasts 10 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, a 14-car garage, a five-story elevator, an indoor shooting range, three swimming pools and a bowling alley. It s been on the market since the summer of 2019 and seen the asking price drop $5 million since then.
