Inis called on being sane insane places. He and seven other people went undercover in Psychiatric Hospitals around the country. Their mission was to test the nature of diagnosis to see if their sanity would be detected. As he said, they were not. The study was done in the early 1970s. Why are you interested in it today . Process works to start our numbers when we come to you in february, so these instructions only apply to the general Fund Administrative budget because the trust fund budget is your purview and doesnt have to be approved by the Mayors Office or the board of supervisors. The Mayors Office has put out a report that says theyre projecting a deficit of 1. 7 million in 201415 and 118 million in 1516. These projections change as we go through the year. They have different reports. We get the results what theyre doing in the state and the federal government so they bounce the deficit around this amount. This by the way is a lot lower than what we were looking at several years ago. I remember the days of the 200 milliondollar problems but again a lot of things are that used to balance the budget is gone and you cant use a trick more than once.
