A 77yearold woman was arrested for punching a police officer. Ktvu Crime Reporter tells us this is just the latest incident in a home that is well known to the police. Reporter cats are everywhere at this boarded up freemont home in cages, bushes, and even on the roof. The house has been declared a nuisance, but for months, some 50 to 808 frisky felines were still calling not place home. This week, freemont animal control officers stopped by to corral the cats. Police say that is when the homeowner 77yearold milldred mooney got in the way. When police arrived, mooney allegedly became uncooperative and ended up punching one of the officers. She was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, battery on an officer and resisting arrest. Bringing hellth safety issues when you have that many pets. It creates a nuisance to the adjacent neighbors, and it can become, you know, a really large problem. Reporter there is the unmistakable stench of cool urine and feces especially when the wind blows. Neighbors say they are quite familiar with the woman and her Furry Friends. It is an insane amount. She shouldnt have more than three or four. I see them running around all the time. Sometimes dead cats in the street every couple of months. I see them out and around and stuff. I didnt think anything of it. A lot of people that kind of hoard cats. Reporter freemont Animal Services will be carefully examining these 50 to 80 cats to see if any of them can be adoptable or if some of them have to be youth newsed. Henry lee, ktvu, fox 2 news. Well, people are coming to the aide of a nonprofit in north bay that builds housing for the homeless. Well, we are keeping a close eye on Hurricane Matthew this morning back east. Coming up at 8 00, where the storm is right now, and when it is expected to make landfall. We have allophore port. And related to the creepy clown appearances on social media. The Bay Area School district is now working with the fbi on the investigation. Ion. Honey, is the internet back yet . Yes i need to let her know that i like this i like, like, like, like. I havent seen a movie based on a comic book in so long. I know. Were over here internet people get high Speed Internet from at t. With over 99 reliability. At an everyday price with no extra monthly fees. Keep calm, you internets on. This is ktvu mornings on 2. Welcome to mornings on 2. Hi everybody. Good morning happy saturday. We begin with the very latest on Hurricane Matthew. The monster storm slowly moving north this morning after battering eastern florida. Yeah, weve gotten mandatory evacuation orders now estimated to a half Million People. Worried about those dangerous storm surges. Live from savannah, georgia how are things looking out there . Definitely improving. You can tell no rain and the winds have certainly dropped. But we are seeing things like this. This is why theyre saying stay home. We dont want you here. Take a look behind me. This is one of the main roads through savannah. It is absolutely inundated with water. Theres a car stuck out there about 30 minutes ago we spoke with the firefighters. They trekked out there. Someone was trying to cross the road during the height of the storm got caught and had to get out to safety. So much water here. Heres a construction zone. We see water pouring out of some of these water pipes here. So much of the storm surge pushed this already saturated ground and it is a problem. Local officials fema officials telling people here dont come home. We thank you for evacuating but getting to safety but the dangers not over yet. Let us clean this up. Let us make this safe for you throughout georgia. Thats the same message throughout South Carolina as well. Theyre looking to clean up before folks get out back in these cities. Matthew is still pounding to the north of us. And its kind of unusual most of the storms make their way up. Its still off the coast there. People worried he might come back. Reporter yeah, thats one of the Big Questions since we talked to local folks many of whom who dont have power theyre not watching tv and they ask us is it coming back or i have friends in florida. They saw that loop it was supposed to make to the right. I think its going to pass by its going to lose strength and i think Hurricane Matthew is all well have to worry about as a one time hurricane but you never know. Hurricane season is still going on. But i think this is going to be for this area at least its so weird they get a hurricane 1979 being the last one that really affected them. I think were safe for now. Were watching how strongly they came out to folks to say leave, evacuate. Were in the going to be able to help you if you dont leave and we heard some calls of people getting stuck because they were concerned about getting out there. They worried that in the return that people also might just be so anxious to get back that theyre not going to follow protocol and the recommendations of officials. Reporter yeah its already a problem that eave seen out on tybee island. The folks took it upon themselves there are some trees down on route 80. They got their power tools. They cut them down but the officials came in they barricaded it off and they said look weve got to check this bridge. No one is crossing this bridge. So tybee island still off limits. Theres a lot of boxes to check. Live in savannah. Well join you again at 9 00. Well another state feeling the affects of matthew today is South Carolina. Folks in charleston have been posting pictures of matthew on social media this morning. This one from thomas steinruk. You can see on a tug boat you can see how hard that rain is coming down and then youve got Michelle Melton trying to take some footage of the storm. She wrote. Power still on and at t and uverse still hanging in there. Needing information. Got to have a sense of humor too. Right. Youre still a little bit connected and its both the rain as well as the wind when Susan Gregory recorded this view from her porch overnight. Its always a little dark. When that storm comes in overnight and of course this a common sight. This one from michael. Powerful winds and youve got all those trees and thats always a safety concern as well. And then youve got some new video this morning of the damage. If youre wondering what a hurricane can do check out these pictures. This is from haiti and things are really in bad shape right now. Nearly 900 people have been killed. That number is expected to rise. Thousands of families are now homeless of course a big issue there is the construction of those homes and the buildings and how vulnerable they are to the hurricane. Flooding also continues to be a big problem across that country. The storm has smashed into that island nation on tuesday. It is a category 4 hurricane. Many people there are left with nothing. As you could see it take away everything. Everything gone. So as you could see we will have to be happy. Theres nothing left. Hes asking for help and help is starting to come in. Relief pouring in across the country right now. Several teams included in that right here in the bay area. We are going to continue to update you all morning long on things in haiti and other countries and of course along our eastern and southern seaboard as we continue to watch Hurricane Matthew. And the hurricane has been causing big delays for travelers all across the United States. Nationally 5,000 flights have been cancelled. Orlandos main airport is scheduled to reopen sometime this morning however anyone flying to the southeast this morning should contact their airline before heading off to the airport. At the very latest youre going to probably be delayed. Stay right here with ktvu with continuing coverage of matthew and get the very latest all weekend long at ktvu on our app and at ktvu. Com. And rose mary here to take a look at Hurricane Matthew. These are one of those days take a look we can see them coming right through there as the sun is coming up. They are certainly taking advantage of what a gorgeous morning we have just in time. Yes. Festivities continue for fleet week. We have warm weather inland and just a lot of festivals going on around the bay area. We have one right at ocean beach and theres a beautiful view there across the bay where most of us are waking up with blue skies. We do have a few high clouds passing over head from time to time. That dry northeasterly breeze is keeping that fog away. Lets take a look at matthew because after several days it has finally weakened to a category one. When it came very close to the coast of florida yesterday it was a category 4 and as it worked its way through the coast of georgia and now South Carolina. Flooding rains, a dangerous storm surge as well as damaging winds still a possibility. Its going to continue to move northeast right about the North Carolina coastline its expected to move out and continue out towards sea at that point. Ill track it coming up for you in just a little bit. But you can see a lot of rain falling over the area and tornado warnings out for portions of the coastline there. As claudia mentioned its going to be a nice one. I think ive said wow like four times. Heres a look in comparison. Napa 89 forecast for you today. Livermore youll go to 92. So a notable jump for you and a warm one in san jose. What you can expect for the afternoon, more on that cooldown and today is a spare the air day. Thanks rosemary. From union square. There are numerous activities and events for the whole family. A look at what you can do and expect to see if you head to San Francisco today. Good morning. Reporter good morning. You can see the streets are getting a little bit more crowded than they were a half hour ago. Organizers say more than a Million People come to San Francisco for fleet week and all the events happening here and union square thats where the earliest event is happening for fleet week today. Thats at 10 00. Going to be performing for the marine corps preserve. Then that group will march from here union square over to the Marine Memorial Hotel. Then after that youll have just enough time to head over to catch the air show. Blue angels will perform again today at 3 00 but the air show starts hours before that at noon with a variety of other jets performing and also at marina greens they have an exhibit set up. People can go there to see how military and local Emergency Responders would Work Together if there were a major disaster here in the bay area like an earthquake. A big part of fleet week is our humanitarian assist training program. The Governors Office of homeland security. Office of emergency services. Fema. So basically bring all the First Responders. All the Emergency Managers from across the area to train with the visiting service personnel. Reporter so that was during the week. They did a lot of that training. We saw them doing some earthquake drills and now this weekend sort of that combination. Other things can you do for fleet week visit some of the military ships docked in the bay for the weekend. Including the u. S. S. San diego. No backpacks allowed and according to their website kids under 7 arent alloweded on those ship tours. You can find military service dogs like the one you see there and local Law Enforcement canines doing drills one of the organizers said to me earlier in the week a lot of people think about the air show when they think about fleet week but theres another practical side to it as well and thats giving military and local Law Enforcement an opportunity to meet and train together in case theres a disaster. And you might want to take part too. Definitely take part. You can take the ferry as well. Its going to be a Beautiful Day for that. Take any means necessary to get here other than driving in your car and sitting on the bridge. Because then youre going to miss all of it. Mass transit. Good idea. Youre right a great day to sit on a boat and a ferry and a good view. Thank you. A suspected hate crime in richmond. Coming up in 20 minutes the violent attack on a man that has Community Members asking for help and action. But first there are members of the Republican Party calling for donald trump to step aside as the gop president ial candidate. Well have a local analyst zone in and well talk about the latest audio recording from donald trump. Afoot and lighthearted i take to the open road. Healthy, free, the world before me, the long brown path before me leading wherever i choose. The east and the west are mine. The north and the south are mine. All seems beautiful to me. Ill have that goat cheese garden salad. That gentleman got the last one. Sir, you give me that salad and i will pay for your movie and one snack box. Can i keep the walnuts . Sold. But i get to pick your movie. Can i pick the genre . Yes, but it has to be a comedy. A little cash back on the side. With the blue cash everyday card from American Express, you get cash back on purchases with no annual fee. Throw. Its more than cash back. Its backed by the service and security of American Express. Donald trump issuing an overnight apology after the release of an audio recording from 2005. Yeah in it trump made crude and vulgar statements. Have a listen. I moved on her like a beep . I couldnt get there and she was married. And all of a sudden i see her shes now got the big phony beep and when youre a star they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the beep . Do anything. Well his comments are now coming back to haunt trump some ten years later. Republican House Speaker paul ryan says the president ial candidate will not be joining him in wisconsin today. Trumps running mate mike pence will take his place instead. Trump calls the audio nothing more than a distraction from the campaign. And we have our ktvu political analyst. First an apology from mr. Trump last night lets listen to that and get your reaction. Ive said and done things i regret. And the words released today on this more than a decade old video are one of them. Anyone who knows me, knows these words dont reflect who i am. I said it, i was wrong, and i apologize. Now earlier he was saying im sorry if anyone was offended and he kind of hedged that he came a little more out. What do you think about this one . Well i think actually this. I was on facebook last night with a lot of people talking about this issue. Trump supporters especially the women were defending him to the hill saying all men talk like this and women talk like this when men arent around. The Hillary Clinton supporters were equally vigorous. In some ways it doesnt matter what he says at this point because all this this did was reenforce these words, this tape a pattern of what weve seen him do in the past ten months and its not all the same words. What was different and unique about this was i think the graphic nature of descriptions of groping and things like that. When you hear them in his own voice in a moment billy bush is the one listening. Its troubling to think that somebody whos this close to the white house would say things like that. He didnt know he was micced up. But i dont ever thought it would be played. What about the timing of this. Someone has had access to this for a long time. Why now . I honestly cant tell you the answer to that question. Had it leaked im sure it was there for quite awhile. Having said all that a lot of people are calling this sort of an october surprise and the way something is an impact. As i said he didnt say anything in his tape that doesnt echo things hes already said. You expect what theyre going to say about it. You can expect what the entrenched supporters are going to say on either side. But what about the republican leader who is are coming out and saying youve got them saying enough they need to step down. Youve got the former governor john huntsman. Does that carry more weight among the Republican Party because theres been this discussion about what hes doing to that party . I think many of those people have been vigorous in their opposition to trump before. If mitch mccontinual get into this in a bigger way i think youll get movement from that. If ted cruz came in and said im walking back my endorsement. But honestly i thinks really a different issue with the down ticket candidates and the Republican Party whose positions are now at risk because they are really in this position. Damged if i do dammed if i dont. If i stay close to him hes toxic. Kelly ute from New Hampshire in the fight of her life right now she made a statement earlier this year endorsing trump saying hes a role model for children. You can bet her opponent is going to be using those words along with this statement in Television Ads and shes just one of Many Republicans thats the bigger risk. We didnt get a chance to talk about Hillary Clinton. It absolutely got buried by this story. And weve also got a debate coming up tomorrow night. Were going to see you at 9 00. Okay. Pick it up there. All right thanks. Were about to cover it in three or four minutes. Weather is lovely outside. Lets check in with rosemary because it is fleet week. Seasonably warm weather in store for your bay area saturday. With a cooldown that starts tomorrow. Lets take a look at whats happening this morning. We do have just a light breeze. Moving northeast at 12 miles an hour. So from here it will continue to move off the coast and then head towards actually south after that sunday into monday and well continue to weaken as well. Will continue to weaken as well. Definitely a dangerous storm as it moves through right there off the coast of South Carolina and North Carolina. In addition to warm weather we have a spare the air day. The rest of us moderate air quality in store for your afternoon. Temperatures this morning upper 40s at Half Moon Bay. But then you get into some areas right around santa rosa how about the peninsula 49 in palo alto. Going to be warm in the city of San Francisco. 73 degrees by noontime. 75 as we settle into about 5 00. Upper 80s to low 90s for the north bay today. A low 90s expected inland. South bay locations 90 degrees for morganhill. 87 for sunnivale. At the coast today mid 70s. Mid 80s as you go inland to redwood city. Your extended forecast temperatures begin to cool off tomorrow with the cooling trend continuing for the business week ahead. Were going to take a break. Well be right back. Reporter after taking off we flew over to mount diablo. All 8 of the planes were flying just about 10 feet apart. Its so odd to look out at the canopy and see another jet just a few feet away. Were seeing a plane literally right next to you. We accelerated to about 400 miles an hour and then the four gs hit as we started to pull up. The gs will be coming in 2 seconds and theres the loop. Okay. We go for the loop. 4 gs now. You can hear me growling trying to keep the blood in my head. Oh, man thats awesome. After that we did a few more maneuvers and then all the planes split up. Reporter i was fine after the first roll and then he asked me if i wanted to do another one. Afterward i was totally dizzy and could feel myself getting sick to my stomach. At one point i was just about to reach for the air sickness bag but i kept taking deep breaths and that seemed to do the trick. The weather was perfect and the views were spectacular. Plus were going to go back out live to preview todays big fleet week event. What you can expect throughout the weekend. Stay right there. This is ktvu mornings on 2 weekend. Were back. Yes, were back. Welcome to mornings on 2. Im claudia wong here with frank malleton were going to have our local weather here in just a minute first we want to get to Hurricane Matthew bauds so much going on there. Yeah, absolutely its been causing havoc up and down from are florida up to georgia and South Carolina. Just a short time ago that hurricane made landfall in South Carolina. Weve got some mandatory evacuation orders. Theyre worried about those storm surges, the powerful winds. Weve got reporter caroline sleeufer. Reporter we are standing in front of one of the main concerns. The Barrier Islands with the lowest around and it has been cut off since yesterday afternoon. Take a look. If you zoom in that is the bridge that leads to tybee island. Trees were downed over there. They were completely blocked off. Georgia department of transportation said they have to declare this safe. We have police, we have the coast guard. We have the firefighters. We have public works. This entire line. Two dozen cars and trucks and vehicles are people waiting to get in. They will zoom over there. They will see how people are doing. Are they in medical trouble. Did they need help. What do they need to dig out. Its a mystery. Theyve had phone contact with some of the people on tybee island and over here its pretty bad as well. Take a look at this yard. If you guys can zoom in. Its amazing what stood and what has been ripped to the ground. That yard. Theres a tree house Still Standing up but theres an enormous old tree thats just been ripped in half and thrown to the ground. And they havent been able to get their Emergency Responders out until about the last hour. Theyve had calls for elderly patients saying i need your help and still they couldnt get Ambulance Service out there. They had to load up an elderly patient on a fire truck but they had to get this person and they had to get them to the hospital now. So the big mystery at this hour what lies on that Barrier Island how bad is it and is there anyone in trouble. Were told it could be soon by the time they let us over that bridge. I guess so and evacuation orders are one thing to leave but to organize all the people, you know, coming back to their homes that must be quite the ordeal as well because people want to get back to their homes and see what happened. Reporter youre absolutely right and one of the more terrifying stories is there was a man this morning. This originally started his wife needed medication but he couldnt get off the island. He said im going to walk across this bridge. I cant help it if it may or may not be structurally sound. They saw the man walking across saying they cant have this. We have to make sure its safe. But we do see some cars moving. We hope thats what happens next. Were told it could be soon before this opens. Back to you guys. Caroline thanks so much for that live report we appreciate it. All right. Thank you for that. As that hurricane continues to pound the southeast and people are refusing to leave their homes. Since the mandatory evacuations were issued earlier this week hundreds of businesses all boarded up. It hasnt stopped some residents from hunkering down and preparing for the worst. Im not worried. It is what it is. Ive always wanted to feel the wrath of the power just 60 or 70 miles an hour winds. So maybe today will be the day and everything will be still okay. Some are sticking it out to protect their property from lewders. Others just dont think the hurricane will hit that hard. Over a Million People without power right now. Another state feeling the effects of matthew today is South Carolina. And folks in charleston have been posting pictures on social media this morning. Check out this video from cellest. Can you see that celest is panning around. From some of the rain coming down there, the the trees its just really a tough picture out there. Then youve got James Albertson who snapped this picture of his front yard. Kind of like a mote. Its a muddy mess out there in his neighborhood and then youve got Chris Matthews to check this picture overnight of the storm. That is a road there. He said the tide was dropping but then youve got the wind that is picking up. Were going to keep an eye on this of course. Continuing coverage of matthew. You get the latest all weekend long. Of course rosemarys going to be watching this as it changes and moves. And its not over. Its still out there. It has weakened to a category one as we know moved up along the coast. Just hovering all day long. Kind of making a righthand turn. Its forecast to make a righthand turn. And the winds the way its steering it going to continue to weaken. It does look like it could move south back towards the bahamas. Sunday giving you a live look into San Francisco where here at home its a Beautiful Day and temperatures will continue to climb as we continue to go into the afternoon and inland will go into the low 90s expected for today. Hurricane matthew category one came ashore just near myrtle beach earlier this morning. Flooding rains still a possibility. Those winds still about 75 miles an hour right there right around the eye wall and we are looking at a storm surge that will continue into the afternoon as well with high tide coming still later this afternoon. Can you see widespread rain now over the areas of South Carolina. As frank mentioned this is going to take a turn and go out towards sea. I will track that coming up if for you in just a little bit. Here at home temperatures continuing to climb. Mid 80s in napa yesterday. Livermore a nice jump for your neighborhood. So just a bit warmer than where we landed on friday. There are some members of the First Marine Division band. We had some video of them practicing 10 minutes ago. Theyre going to be performing as well as part of the ceremony. Theyre going to be honoring former secretary of state. Once this event wraps up from union square the military band will march from here to the Marine Memorial Hotel and it is just in time for the air show which is undoubtedly the most popular attraction for San Francisco fleet week. The u. S. Navy blue angels will take to the skies at 3 00 today. This is video of them dazzling the crowd yesterday. The weather was great yesterday. Its supposed to be even better today. Thanks. Someone had to blink at this one. Sadly it was one pitch that spoiled an incredible night. Were going to take a look back at what was and what lies ahead. Donald trump as well continues to try to dig out of a big hole this morning. Backtracking on a controversial comment and whats happening on the democratic side. Addicting 17,000 California Kids each year. Eventually killing onethird of them. Now Tobacco Companies are spending millions to. Defeat prop 56. Because in every state thats raised tobacco taxes, smoking rates go down. So who are you going to trust . Pediatricians, cancer groups and the califronia pta who all. Support prop 56. Or the Tobacco Companies trying to kill it. Vote yes on 56. Hey guys. I called you all in because i just had an idea. Brunch. Allday, every day. Brunch . Thats great whered you get that idea . Well. Sweetie . You know what were craving right now . Crispy chicken, and fried egg, with bacon. Like brunch. Brunch . But its 8pm and its tuesday. Huh, i wonder if my mother would like to stay with us. Should we get started . Who wants coffee . Introducing my new brunchfast menu. With tasty options like my brunch burger and a crispy bacon and egg chicken sandwich. Served all day, every day. Only at jack in the box. All right well donald trump says hes not going to quit the president ial race. A short time ago he told the Washington Post hell never withdraw. This comes after an audio recording with him making lewd comments. She wanted to get some furniture i said ill show you where they have some nice furniture. I moved on her like a beep and she was married. And all of a sudden i see her shes now got the big phony beep and shes totally changed her look. Republican House Speaker paul ryan now says the president ial candidate will not be joining him at a scheduled appearance. Trumps running mate mike pence will take his place instead. Trump did issue an apology but hes calling this nothing more than a distraction from the campaign and this apology came late. Were going to go to go. Posting that donald trump doesnt represent my party. Shes asking trump to step aside and the rnc to replace him with governor mike pence. Well it has a big impact on it. Certainly you have a lot of republicans down ticket from mr. Trump who are tied to him or connected to him simply by party affiliation. Some by endorsement. Many of whom are reliant upon him for raising money for the rnc and helps them in their campaigns. The call for him on some of them to resign. I think there will be more of a shock someone saying like mitch mccontinual saying you need to step down. Governor pence of the four candidates im talking about trump, clinton, pence, and kaine actually is one who bumped in the polls and many people started buzzing about him that he should be at the top of the ticket. I think that people are testing the water to see what republican reaction might be. But certainly if youre donald trump in spite of all the terrible things. He did win the nomination. He won that outright. Even if that means dragging the Republican Party down with him. What do you expect tomorrow night during the second debate . Its a different. Its more of a forum. So some of the voters are getting a chance to chime in and this obviously is gong to be apart of that. Well this is by the way the most popular format of the debate because its that moment when average people can ask the candidates questions as well and a lot of people will be listening to not just what the candidates say in response but how they listen to the question and how they communicate and you can bet this issue about what was said last night will come up. I think the other story that we havent talked about many poses many problematic issues with Hillary Clinton. Some of the statements that were in the text of the speech released last night on wiki leaks would actually reenforce their impression at first. She said i have to have a Public Opinion on issues and a private one and i want bankers to be involved with regulating bankers. And so, yeah, just to clarify for folks at home the wiki leaks was on wall street and then you have the fbi releasing documents. But in terms of how this all plays out youre saying that would have gotten a much bigger headline. If theyre not going to be trumps story last night this would have been the story heading into the state. He will make mr. Trumps statements also something theyre going to address. Hes also going to have to encourage a question or two or some answers on the the things that were in that document and if mrs. Clinton gives the same kind of apology that mr. Trump did its probably not going to be enough. The damage again with this is not the sanders supporters. Its that they wont vote at all and as voter turnout becomes lower thats not good for democracy. 30 days away. Well we have seen a lot of people engaged in these debates and watching. I bet tomorrows debate ratings are through the roof. I think there will be a lot more interest. Joe, we appreciate you this morning. Back tomorrow. Well talk more about the format because then and really who is going. I think everyone remembers back in 1992. It was the moment if you remember that killed the campaign and if youre a candidate you have to be able to answer a voters question. Well talk more about that tomorrow morning. Time for weather now. Lets take you down stairs and find out what looks like a Beautiful Day thats going to continue. Our warm up here will continue. Lets start on the other half of the country. Move to shore right near myrtle beach South Carolina earlier this morning. Its backed by the service and security of American Express. Recognize the citys Police Department for making Ground Breaking training videos. Starting next month all officers are going to be taught how to avoid or reduce conflicts with people who are considered autistic. Reporter it took a year for the San Francisco police and autism activists to create this training video. In making this video we were hoping to give our officers an extra tool in which to recognize some of the traits of individuals who are on the autism spectrum. Reporter Camilla Bixler is an autism activist and the mother and son of an has a son. This can reduce unnecessary and violent confrontations. Though the tape has experts, and Law Enforcement officers it presents something far more important. Perhaps the most unique aspect of this video is people on the spectrum talking about themselves. My name is joshua schwartz. Im on the autism spectrum. Its hard for me to make eye contact. That doesnt mean im being dishonest or trying to lie. I am very sensitive to touch. It can be very painful so i might pull away. Im not fighting or resisting. I like shiny objects. I like the reflection of peoples glasses but im not trying to invade their safety zone. People point out to me that im not making eye contact. Thats just how i normally conduct myself. Sometimes people on the spectrum laugh at unusual times. They just do it. I dont know why. Theyre not mocking anyone. Reporter in their own words. I believe thats probably one of the most powerful pieces of the video is actually seeing traits and hearing members from an Autism Community speak about the traits. Reporter the training begins next month for all current officers and for all new officers as they come on bord. Tom bakehart ktvu. Time now 9 27 things are back to normal this morning in san jose after that huge branch crashed into a play area. One of the branches on the tree cracked and fell off on thursday and fell right on some strollers.
