Health, so i spoke with pulmonologist dr. Vinny job, to get some answers to your questions. We have been dealing with the smoke for weeks now, what are the longterm risks from breathing all of the stuff in for so long . Is there a cumulative effect as one of our viewers asked, is it going to be affecting us later like the coal mines did for people . We look at wildfire smoke, there is been, shown to be an increase in respiratory problems. We have been trying to figure out how to best do outreach considering covid19 restrictions and not really being able to engage in person with businesses in the way that we have before. We have conducted a lot of outreach to businesses online, the phone and weve done a couple of things doing social distancing and wearing masks. We are canvassing businesses over the next two weeks to get them information about the grant and to find out how theyre doing.
