Ponant has announced a new expedition cruise through the Seychelles and the Zanzibar Archipelago off Tanzania.
The cruise will sail from Mahe to Zanzibar and visit 10 islands in 13 days onboard the Ponant Explorer-class vessel Le Bellot, which features the Blue Eye lounge with underwater views.
Ports of call include La Digue Island, home to Anse Source d Angent Beach (considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world); Misali Island, which became a protected conservation area in 1998 due to its marine biodiversity; and Astove Island, the southernmost island in the Seychelles known for the Astove Wall where the seafloor drops sharply to a depth of more than 130 feet.
