Included in the sale is nearly 18 acres of wooded land behind the plaza that Montalto said in an interview he has preliminary plans to develop as a housing site.
In addition to Callahan & Montalto, tenants for more than 20 years, the plaza includes the Wachusett Montessori School of Holden, a UPS Store, Edith s Flowers, Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center, Rob Roy Hair Salon, Full Circle Painting & Contracting and others. The site, with nearly 21,000 square feet of space, was last assessed by the Town of Holden at $1.5 million.
