Nasa peerreviewed research is needed. You asked about critical areas of research. The life and physical sciences survey which was completed in 2011 at Congress Request summarized the sequence 6 summarized an sequenced 65 high priority tasks. Furthermore, the study created two research plans. One with the goal of building a Research Enterprise and the other with a goal of a Human Mission to mars. More about those goals in a moment. You asked about priorities. Prioritizing i. S. S. Research isnt a new concept. In fact, we been working on that problem for close to 15 years. But the key question for prioritization isnt scientific. And it seems after world war ii for 47 years when there was not a European Community our relationship with europe was good. Then we had the eu created seven years worth of phase in and the Euro Currency comes into play in roughly 1999 and now 16 years thereafter and our relationship has been good. So either way, americas relationship with europe has done well with and without the euro. So to me, the European Union issue is more of a focal point for the european nations and they should be the deciders of their fate.
