After the second season of “The Mandalorian” wrapped up in December, Disney announced eight upcoming projects set in the “Star Wars” universe, including live-action spin-offs starring Jedis Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano. New animated fare is also on the horizon, starting with “Star Wars: The Bad Batch,” premiering Tuesday on Disney+. That’s a lot of stars to war over. But what are the sources of this magical series?
