A bid to end daca, that as you know is the Program President obama started to shield immigrants who were brought here illegally as children from deportation. This comes after the Supreme Court blocked the Trump Administration from rescinding those very protections. Acting Homeland Security secretary chad wolf told us the white house Still Believes that daca is against the law. At no point in that decision did they say the program was lawful. They simply didnt like the rational and the procedures that we used. What we have seen from this administration is we take a logical approach to winding this down over a six month period, been very clear about that and so we find ourselves where were at today.
