We also have winds that are fairly busy. 1525 miles per hour. Put the two together and you end up with a feels temperature of teens and 20s. What all of last week as commuters tried to get across town, just days ago every bridge in cedar was shut down causing major delays. And third avenue, eighth aver and last check, the bridge closed.
