On Monday morning, the number increased to seven.  Minneapolis Police Spokesman John Elder said that early Monday morning, a man was fatally shot and a woman struck by a car in the Ventura Village neighborhood.

Minneapolis Police Spokesman John Elder say the boy was shot in the head while riding home with his parents, after visiting his grandmother. The boy was rushed to North Memorial Medical Center where police say he was in critical condition. Ladavionne Garrett Jr., unable to be saved, but God had other plans. He is currently in a coma. Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension UPDATE posted at 11:12 a.m. May 4th (KNSI) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says a missing toddler and her sister have been found. Police say two-year-old Nasteha Yusuf Mohamed and 26-year-old Amina Yusuf Mohamed were located in Syracuse, New York. The Minneapolis Police Department thanked everyone who helped in the search. Original posted at 9:52 a.m. May 4th (KNSI) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is asking for the public’s help to find a missing toddler after a possible familial abduction. The BCA says two-year-old Nasteha Yusuf Mohamed and 26-year-old Amina Yusuf Mohamed were last seen just before 3:00 p.m. Monday, May 3rd at their home in northeast Minneapolis and haven’t been seen since.
