A possible tornado may have touched down. Homes in a fiveblock radius were damaged by the strong winds. Windows were knocked out and trees blown down. A wildfire in Central Washington is threatening more than 200 homes. The mills canyon fire burned 28 square miles in just two days, and fire officials fear it may double in size. Residents of about a dozen homes have been told to evacuate. And a severe drought has lowered water levels at the hoover dam to record levels. Levels at lake mead are the lowest since the dam was built on the arizona california border. Lake mead is the primary water source for las vegas. The dam is also affecting production of electricity.
