LOCK HAVEN Blake Cain, 18, of Mill Hall and an 11-year-old Lock Haven girl were cited for criminal mischief involving vandalism at the Tiger Den playground on April 24, Lock Haven City Police said.
Police said assistance from the public helped identify the two suspects.
DUI charge
SPRING MILLS A case of driving under the influence was investigated by state police at Rockview on May 6.
According to police, a 35-year-old Spring Mills woman was stopped at the intersection of N. Pennsylvania Avenue and Overlook Drive in Potter Township, Centre County.
One-vehicle crash
TAYLOR TOWNSHIP State police at Rockview investigated a one-vehicle crash that took place along Interstate 99 in Taylor Township, Centre County.

At 10:22 a.m., the Sugar Valley (Loganton) Fire Department and Flemington Ambulance responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at milemarker 186 along Interstate 80 West in Greene Township. At 10:27 a.m., the Lamar Township (Salona) Fire Department, Mill Hall Fire Department and Castanea Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at 88 Hill St. in Lamar Township. At 9:14 p.m., the Beech Creek/Blanchard Fire Department responded to a tree down at 797 Marsh Creek Road in Liberty Township.
SATURDAY At 6:57 a.m., the Lock Haven (Hand-in-Hand) Fire Department and Castanea Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at 1110 E. Water St., in Castanea Towsnhip. The call was cleared at 7:10 a.m. At 8:05 a.m., the Avis Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire at 3163 Woodward Ave., in Pine Creek Township. The call was cleared at 8:16 a.m. At 1:08 p.m., the Mill Hall Fire Department and Lamar Township Fire Department responded to wires down at the intersection of Jacksonville Road and Stone Ridge Lane in Lamar Township. The call was cleared at 1:31 p.m.
