The womans baby did not survive but the father who was shot several times did survive. Monique Williams Moore says her daughter jasmine was shot in the head multiple times at the corner of 21st and nedro in west oak lane. It happened around 1 00 this morning. She believes whoever did it was looking for jasmines boyfriend. The mother tells us she believes rocher was involved in a robbery and murder yesterday. She believes the shooting is retaliation.
